We, in the main, understand how we can support people with physical disabilities in a work environment. We have accessibility via ramps, automatic doors, lifts, disabled toilets, we make provisions for those at work to ensure they can carry out roles successfully. Yet, for mental disabilities, we struggle with applying any provisions.
Just because we can’t see it, it doesn’t mean it isn’t there and our model gets to the heart of ensuring organisations can make the right provisions for those who are suffering, engage with employees in the right way to help prevent work related mental health challenges and work to remove work related stresses.
